See below for our delivery and shipping policies.
We are only able to ship to postcodes within the United Kingdom.
Canvas prints, Giclee prints and macrame and resin products are shipped separately and will arrive separately according to their delivery times as noted below.
You will be charged once for each delivery rate which applies. For example a combined order:
- 2 canvas prints = £8.99
- 3 macrame or resin products = £3.50
- Total charge £12.49
Macrame and resin
Our macrame and resin products are handmade to order, please allow 3-5 days for dispatch. If you require your products dispatched more promptly please contact us.
All of our macrame and resin products are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
- Shipping charges: £3.50.
Royal Mail aims to deliver Royal Mail Tracked 48 within two to three working days once they accept your parcel from us.
Prints
Our prints are printed to order direct from our printers.
Canvas prints are dispatched within 2 working days and are delivered on a non-guaranteed next day delivery basis.
Shipping charges:
- Canvas prints - £8.99
- Large canvas prints* - £13.99
*Large canvas prints are 100 cm and over
Sculptures
Deliveries:
Our sculptures are delivered personally to locations in the UK within an 80 mile radius of our premises at Dawlish in Devon. (Distances are calculated in a straight line).
Delivery charges are charged at flat rates as follows and reflect this personal service:
- Up to 40 miles £40.00
- 40 to 80 miles £80.00
Once you have placed your order we will contact you to make arrangements for delivery.
We require a minimum 14 days notice for all deliveries.
*We do not provide installation services, we only deliver to the specified address.
The rest of the UK and other locations:
If you are interested in owning one of our sculptures but fall outside our usual delivery radius of 80 miles please do get in touch.
We can discuss alternative options for delivery within the UK outside of this radius, however it is not always possible to accommodate such requests.
Please note: if the delivery address is outside the delivery radius you will still have the collection option available.
Collection:
We are always happy for you to collect our sculptures from our premises.
If you would like to arrange collection ensure you select the collection option at the checkout. We will contact you once the order is processed to discuss options.
Please note: the sculptures are not a uniform size or shape, approximate dimensions for each sculpture is provided on the product pages. It is your responsibility to ensure you have sufficient space in your vehicle to transport the sculpture.
Our sculptures and their bases each weigh between 8 and 20 kg and usually only require 1 person to lift. We can assist getting the piece to your vehicle but please consider your own physicality and ability to move the item.
Our sculptures leave our premises in perfect condition. We take no responsibility for any damage caused once you have collected your piece.
*Where a combined order exceeds £750 you may receive an error message at checkout. Should this occur you will need to split your order to be processed separately. Further information is available on our FAQs page, but please do contact us if you have any difficulties.
