Sometimes questions or issues do arise and we try to keep our FAQs up to date to make your buying experience with us as seamless as possible.
Hopefully we have already answered your query below but please do get in touch if you cannot find what you are looking for.
Product discounts
A 10% product discount applies to certain product combinations as shown on individual product pages.
Where a combination of discounts is available for the same product only the largest discount will apply.
Sculpture completion
Wire sculptures can take several weeks to complete from start to finish but we do like to share them from an early stage.
The individual sculpture pages will show the stage of completion and give an estimate of expected completion time.
You are able to purchase a wire sculpture prior to completion, and we can reserve them for you if you would prefer to see the finished item prior to purchase for a small deposit. Please contact us if you are interested.
Local suppliers
Wherever possible we like to support fellow small, local and UK based businesses.
Packaging
To help reduce waste we do not include gift packaging with any of our products.
We try to source recycled packaging wherever possible.
We also reuse any packaging we receive so you may therefore receive goods with alternative packing filler from time to time.
Handmade and unique
All of our products have been designed by us and are handmade at our premises. With the exception of professional printing, we do not outsource any of the work and we do not copy existing patterns or designs nor replicate any one else's work.
Deliveries and collection
We only offer local delivery or collection for our wire sculptures.
Deliveries are made personally but are limited to an 80 mile radius of our premises. Our delivery charges reflect this personal approach.
We can sometimes offer deliveries to further locations within the UK but this is at our discretion and may have significantly longer delivery time frames.
We do not ship our wire sculptures.

Checkout errors
Shipping not available
We only offer delivery within an 80 mile radius for our sculptures. Due to an inconsistency in the checkout process where your combined order exceeds £750 and the shipping address is more than 80 miles from our location you will receive the notification 'shipping not available'. If this occurs you will need to split your order into smaller orders.
No delivery available
If your cart includes sculptures and other items you will only be able to checkout if you live within an 80 mile radius and you will receive the notification 'no delivery available'. Items which are not sculptures will be removed from your cart and the collection only option will appear in your checkout. If this occurs you will need to order the other items separately.
